These are the common symptoms for Depression

1. You’re eating more (or less) than usual: If you start noticing a sudden decrease or increase in your appetite, it is the best time to see a doctor.

2. Depression-sleep: Depression also comes with a defect in our sleeping lifestyle. Depressed individual most time sleep more as a means to hide away from their present condition, why others suffer serious sleep disorder such as insomnia, which means they only sleep for a little time at night.

3. You can’t concentrate or focus: Depression comes along forgetfulness. When you start forgetting meaningful deadlines such as work deadlines, pick up time for your kids in school, that is a sign that your brain is on depression.

4. You don’t enjoy the things that once made you happy: If you suddenly stop enjoying the things you use to enjoy before such as sports activities, friend’s hangout, and you start retrieving into your shell, you should consider seeing a doctor as this could be a sign of depression.

5. You’re preoccupied with thoughts of death: If you keeping thinking about dying, or possibly suicide, and you keep thinking how your family will feel if you die, this is a serious depression level and you need a professional help.

6. You’re panicky and anxious: The feeling of fear is a major trigger for anxiety disorder. Anxiety and depression work hand in hand, you should visit your doctor if you notice any form of anxiety disorder.
