Prostate infection is the inflammation of the prostate. The prostate is located between the bladder and the penis it is in charge of making the fluid that contains the sperms. Types of prostatitis
There are four types of prostatitis:
Acute bacterial prostatitis: This is the easiest type to diagnose and it may last only for a short while, but it can also be life-threatening if untreated.

Asymptomatic inflammatory prostatitis: This is the inflammation of the prostate, but it comes with no symptoms.
Symptoms of a prostate infection
The symptoms of prostate infection depend on the type of infection.
Acute bacterial prostatitis
The symptoms of acute bacterial prostatitis usually occur quickly, you should seek your oncologist’s assistance soonest.

Chronic bacterial prostatitis
